By registering on the bjl baji platform, logging in, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions serve as a legally binding document between bjl baji and the user.

This document may be revised from time to time. The updated version will always be published on this page with the date of change noted. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on bjl baji, the user must be 21 years of age or older and must provide a valid mobile number and email address. Each individual may open only one account.

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. bjl baji reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is provided.

2.2 Verification Process

bjl baji may request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. Registration must be completed through OTP verification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for withdrawals. bjl baji reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details, password, and OTP secure. Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on bjl baji are currently accepted through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the account registered in the same name and through the same payment method used for the deposit. Third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be approved. bjl baji reserves the right to hold withdrawals for incomplete or unverified accounts.

3.3 Transaction Liability

The user is solely responsible for providing correct payment details. bjl baji cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a wrong number or account. Any transaction issues should be reported to the support team as soon as possible.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bjl baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from the bonus will remain locked in the account until the wagering requirement is met. The wagering calculation is based solely on the bonus amount — not on the deposit.

bjl baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The bjl baji VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%; Silver — maximum 0.5%; Gold — maximum 0.8%; and Platinum — maximum 1.0%. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses.

Example: A Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback — this is the maximum cashback payable at that tier.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on bjl baji is considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bjl baji explicitly provides an option to do so.

bjl baji reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or a significant deviation from the prevailing market price. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time, bjl baji will make decisions regarding the related bets in accordance with standard rules. The same policy applies to cricket matches interrupted by rain or other causes.

5.3 Multi-Bet Terms

All selections in a multi-bet must win; otherwise the entire bet is lost. If even one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjl baji platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence the betting system using fraudulent methods.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Renting, selling, or transferring an account to a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately finding and exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Misconduct or harassment towards bjl baji staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age.

bjl baji places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Data collected during account registration and management is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security.

All data transmission is encrypted using SSL technology. Payment information is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for processing transactions.

9.1 bjl baji's Authority

bjl baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly if there is suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities, a breach of terms and conditions, or a security risk.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

A user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance after proper KYC verification.

9.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be marked as inactive after an extended period of no activity (generally 12 months or more). In such cases, bjl baji will act in accordance with the relevant policy and will notify the user in advance.

The bjl baji platform is operated on an "as is" basis. bjl baji is not liable for losses caused by unintentional technical errors, server outages, network issues, or third-party service failures, though reasonable efforts will be made to resolve such incidents.

• Issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Financial losses resulting from providing incorrect information.
• Unexpected betting results or game outcomes.
• Delays in third-party payment processing.
• Service disruptions caused by power outages or other unavoidable circumstances.

bjl baji's total liability for any single transaction will be limited to the amount of that transaction.

bjl baji reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. The updated date will be noted on this page whenever changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a judicial authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
